High Quality, Timeless Tradition
The Art of Making Avissi Prosecco
Truly great Prosecco begins in the vineyard. That’s why we partner exclusively with select growers in the Prosecco DOC who have been farming in the region for decades. Each grape is handpicked and carefully selected to meet our meticulous standards.
Our small-batch production takes place at grower-owned cooperatives using time-honored Italian winemaking methods. We ferment in concrete tanks to preserve the wine’s natural freshness and vibrant fruit character. The Charmat method, the traditional technique for making the region’s hallmark Italian sparkling wine, allows us to capture Avissi Prosecco’s signature effervescence and elegant flavor profile.
These efforts from vineyard to cellar culminate in a Prosecco that consistently earns critical acclaim while remaining refreshingly approachable. From sommeliers to at-home enthusiasts, those who know quality reach for Avissi.
