Limoncello Spritz
The Amalfi coast in a glass.
Ingredients
• 3 oz Avissi Prosecco, chilled
• 2 oz Limoncello, chilled
• 1 oz club soda or sparkling water
• Garnish: Lemon wheel or sprig of mint
Directions
Fill a large glass with ice.
Pour Prosecco, followed by the Limoncello.
Add the club soda and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lemon wheel or sprig of mint.
