Campari Spritz
Bold, bubbly, and beautifully bitter.
Ingredients
• 3 oz Avissi Prosecco, chilled
• 2 oz Campari
• 1 oz club soda or sparkling water
• Garnish: Orange slice or peel
Directions
Fill a large glass halfway with ice.
Add Campari, followed by Prosecco.
Top with club soda and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with an orange slice or peel.
